Noida Coach Reveals Effective Strategies for a Natural Fat-Burning Body

Post by : Saif Nasser

Many individuals feel disheartened in their journey to shed belly fat. Despite regular gym visits, nutritious eating, or trying various diets, that stubborn midsection fat remains. This can make the process of weight loss frustrating and daunting. However, health coach Dipika Rampal from Noida believes that the body can naturally burn fat when appropriately supported. In her recent post, she outlined straightforward habits that can empower the body to function as a “fat-burning machine.”

Dipika points out that an inability to lose belly fat often indicates that the body is in “fat storage mode.” In this state, individuals tend to experience constant hunger, snack cravings, and fatigue. Even meticulous calorie tracking might not assist as the body retains stored fat instead of utilizing it. She describes this stored fat as a reserve fuel, emphasizing that the body needs certain signals to initiate its usage.

Two significant hormones play a vital role in this fat-burning process. The first, originating from the gut, is responsible for curbing hunger and cravings. This hormone is released when a person consumes meals with fiber, healthy fats, and protein, helping maintain satiety and stable energy levels throughout the day.

Insulin is the second essential hormone, which spikes whenever we eat. Frequent eating keeps insulin levels elevated, hindering fat burning. Conversely, once insulin drops, the body shifts towards using stored fat for energy, thereby initiating natural fat burning.

To facilitate this, Dipika shares her daily routine. She skips breakfast and exercises in a fasted state, which means she workouts in the morning without prior food intake. This approach keeps insulin low, promoting continued fat burning. She breaks her fast around noon with a meal rich in fiber, fats, and protein, then waits 4–6 hours before her next meal. This interval allows the body to lower insulin levels, encouraging fat utilization.

According to Dipika, adhering to this routine for 90 days can lead to visible improvements. Her approach negates the need for costly supplements or rigid dieting, focusing instead on nourishing real foods, listening to the body, and optimizing hormonal balance.

Nonetheless, it's crucial to acknowledge that every individual’s body responds differently. Those with health issues, children, pregnant women, or individuals with low energy should consult a healthcare professional before implementing fasting or dietary changes. What proves beneficial for one person may require modification for another.

The core advice from the coach is straightforward: consume foods that assist the body, minimize frequent eating, and allow insulin to fall. With persistence, the body can adapt to utilize stored fat as energy.
