The Board of Directors at Mada Media has officially appointed Mansoor Al Sabahi as the new Chief Executive Officer. This crucial decision was made under the leadership of Mattar Mohammed Al Tayer, highlighting an important milestone for the newly founded organization.

Chairman Al Tayer expressed his confidence in Al Sabahi’s capabilities to guide the company during this significant developmental phase. He emphasized that Al Sabahi’s extensive professional experience and leadership qualities will be essential in achieving the strategic goals set for Mada Media.

In his inaugural statement as CEO, Al Sabahi expressed gratitude for the confidence shown in him by the Board and pledged to further the company’s mission. He revealed intentions to bolster Mada Media’s presence in Dubai’s Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising scene, prioritizing urban aesthetics, sustainability, and innovative practices to enhance the city’s global reputation.

Al Sabahi added that the company aims to create a cohesive urban advertising framework that fosters economic growth, attracts high-quality investments, and encourages partnerships at both local and international levels. These initiatives are closely aligned with the aspirations outlined in the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, promoting a sustainable and thriving future for the emirate.

Founded in September 2024 under Law No. (20) issued by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, Mada Media operates as a Private Joint-Stock Company. Its mandate encompasses the management, regulation, and development of Dubai’s OOH advertising sector, all while safeguarding the city’s visual identity and sustainability goals.

The Board is chaired by Mattar Al Tayer and includes Hussein Mohammed Al Banna as Vice Chairman. Other board members consist of Badr Ahmed Anwahi, Maryam Obaid Al Muhairi, Mohammed Yousef Al Mudharreb, Ahmed Hassan Mahboub, Moaza Saeed Al Marri, Shehab Hamad Bu Shehab, and Saeed Mohammed Al Marri.

With a robust background in finance, investment, and governance, Al Sabahi has held prominent positions in leading financial institutions prior to joining Mada Media. His last role was at the Roads and Transport Authority, where he significantly advanced public-private partnership initiatives and enhanced the organization’s investment strategies.
