Khushi Kapoor Marks 25th Birthday with Pink-Themed Gathering

Post by : Mina Rahman

The daughter of producer Boney Kapoor and the late actor Sridevi, Khushi Kapoor, observed her 25th birthday on Wednesday with a festive family celebration. She posted images from the event on Instagram showing pink decorations, oversized balloons and displays reading "25" and "Happy Birthday Khushi."

In the photos Khushi wears pink silk nightwear and poses for selfies with friends including actress Shanaya Kapoor. Attendees largely adhered to the pink dress code; one informal snapshot captured Khushi laughing as she wiped cake from her face.

The spread at the party featured gourmet items such as a hummus bouquet, burrata papdi chaat, brie bao, caviar blinis, lobster spring rolls and buffalo chicks. Khushi captioned her post: "25 feeling grateful, happy and hopeful." Messages of congratulations came from peers including Shanaya Kapoor, Anjini Dhawan, Maheep Kapoor and Bhavana Pandey.

Professionally, Khushi — whose credits include The Archies, Nadaaniyan and Loveyapa — is reported to be attached to Mom 2, a follow-up to her late mother Sridevi's 2017 film. The sequel is said to pair her with Karishma Tanna under director Girish Kohli, produced by Boney Kapoor. Filming reportedly began on October 26, shortly after Diwali, with the project expected to revisit themes of justice and resilience.
