Post by : Mina Rahman

Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor Khan warmed the hearts of her fans through Instagram as she celebrated her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore's birthday on December 8. Renowned for showcasing her cherished moments with her children, Taimur and Jeh, as well as her husband Saif Ali Khan, Kareena's tribute highlighted the love they share as a family.

Kareena posted three touching photos featuring Sharmila. The first showed Sharmila enjoying a tender moment with Saif, with little Taimur also included. Kareena captioned this picture, “Happy birthday Amma.” The second image displayed Kareena walking alongside Sharmila, accompanied by the words, “Always trying to follow in your footsteps.” The last image nostalgically depicted a young Taimur with Sharmila, captioned, “All heart, always.” She concluded her post with a heartfelt wish: “Happy birthday dearest Mother-in-law.”

Earlier in the year, Kareena had lauded Sharmila Tagore for her return to Bengali cinema after a 14-year hiatus. Referring to her as the “original Bengal Tigress,” Kareena expressed her enthusiasm for Sharmila's upcoming film, Puratawn, which is set to explore the profound connection between a mother and her daughter.
