Post by : Mina Rahman

Bollywood star Kangana Ranaut embarked on a spiritual journey to some of Gujarat's revered temples, including the well-known Somnath and Dwarka, to seek divine blessings. She took to social media, sharing images and videos from her enlightening visits to these sacred sites.

Somnath Temple Visit

At the Somnath Temple, regarded as one of India’s most significant religious sites, Kangana performed rituals like the aarti. Adorning a stunning teal blue salwar suit made from tissue silk, her ensemble featured intricate prints and stylish flared pants with a golden trim, complemented by a matching dupatta.

Accompanied by a friend, who joined her in the rituals, Kangana expressed her gratitude on social media, stating, “Aaj Baba Somnath ji ke darshan aur aarti ki, saath he aaj dhwaja pujan kar baba ke mandir mein dhwaja arpit karne ka saubhagya mila. Har har Mahadev.”

Dwarka Temple Visit

Before heading to Somnath, Kangana visited Dwarka, a significant pilgrimage hub in Gujarat. She donned a powder pink saree during her stay and shared a heartfelt video expressing her devotion, stating, “Aaj param punya Dwarika ji mein saare sansar ke swami Dwarikadhish ke darshan kiye, hamesha ki tareh unko milte he mann shant, shaleen aur unke prem mein magn ho gaya. Dwarikadhish ki kripa, prem aur bhakti sada bani rahe.”

Other Activities in Gujarat

Alongside her temple explorations, Kangana treated herself to a safari in Gir National Park, where she was fortunate to spot lions, sharing joyful moments with her nephew Prithvi, who accompanied her throughout the trip.

On the professional front, Kangana recently starred in and directed Emergency. She's gearing up for her next projects, Queen 2 and Tanu Weds Manu 3. With the script for Queen 2 ready, filming will take place in both India and abroad. Tanu Weds Manu 3, under the direction of Aanand L. Rai, is slated to commence in 2026 following his film Tere Ishk Mein.

These temple visits showcase Kangana’s spiritual dedication, all while her fans eagerly anticipate her forthcoming cinematic adventures.
