Kapoor's eating regimen is straightforward. His breakfast typically includes juices and fruits such as amla and kiwi, accompanied by a two-egg-white omelette. Lunch consists of light meals like soup or jowar roti paired with dal and vegetables, while dinner features tandoori chicken and soup or sometimes just soup.
For healthy snacking throughout the day, he enjoys chickpea flour cheela. He also permits himself one or two cheat days, embracing a balanced approach to life and enjoyment.
