Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have clarified that they have not taken any legal steps to trademark their children’s names, Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet, amid recent media speculation. This information comes after growing curiosity following the launch of Meghan's lifestyle products.

Rumors began circulating when Meghan's Mother’s Day product line referenced the children’s birthdates, which led to assumptions about trademark filings for their names. However, sources have confirmed that no trademarks have been registered for either child.

The confusion stemmed from two candles in the Mother’s Day collection that tied to the children's birthdays—one celebrating Archie’s birthdate on May 6 and the other relating to Lilibet’s June 4 birthday.
