GCC Echoes Full Support for UAE Following Terror Attempt, Lauds Security Measures

Jassim Mohammed Al-Budaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), expressed firm condemnation of any threats aimed at the security and stability of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

He acknowledged the exemplary vigilance and professionalism displayed by UAE security agencies, which successfully thwarted terrorist intentions, apprehended suspects, and protected national interests. Al-Budaiwi emphasized these actions as a testament to the country’s capability in safeguarding its security.

The GCC leader reiterated the council's unwavering support and solidarity with the UAE, asserting that it stands resolutely with the UAE in all undertakings to ensure safety, stability, and territorial protection against any threats.

The GCC also reiterated its firm rejection of all forms of violence, extremism, terrorism, and any rhetoric that endorses such behavior, irrespective of justifications.
