How Victoria's Secret Models Achieve Strength and Sculpted Bodies

Post by : Saif Nasser

Globally recognized for their strong and sculpted physiques, Victoria’s Secret models have a reputation that often leads to misconceptions about their fitness routines. Fitness trainer Kelsey Rose sheds light on the truth: consistent strength training paired with balanced nutrition is the key, not restrictive diets.

In a recent Instagram video dated October 29, Kelsey Rose elaborated that the models prioritize lean muscle development without striving for a bulky appearance. Their training aims to sculpt their muscles, showcasing a toned and confident presence on the runway. Rose emphasizes that achieving this look isn’t about starvation or relying on genetics; it’s about a commitment to regular exercise and eating sufficient nutrients to promote muscle growth.

Featuring snippets from renowned models such as Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Irina Shayk, Kelsey highlights that these models emphasize the importance of fitness in their lives. Candice focuses on strength over cardio, complementing her naturally slim build with needed muscle. Adriana underscores that daily workouts are essential for muscle maintenance. Similarly, Irina commits to five workouts each week, complemented by nutritional considerations, while Alessandra dedicates significant gym time to achieve her desired physique.

Rose also points out that although Pilates and low-impact exercises are beneficial, strength training remains foundational. To truly “tone” muscles, one must first build them through strength-focused workouts.

Nutrition plays a pivotal role as well. Kelsey notes that many individuals fail to consume enough calories and protein, hindering muscle gain. The models prioritize a mindful approach to their diet, ensuring their bodies are fueled adequately for training and overall health.

In summary, achieving a strong, sculpted body requires dedication, work ethic, and a healthy lifestyle. It’s not about quick fixes like dieting or minimal exercise; rather, it’s about solid muscle development, good nutrition, and commitment to one’s fitness journey.
