De De Pyaar De 2 Surpasses 50 Crore Globally in Just Three Days

Post by : Mina Rahman

The global box office success of Ajay Devgn, Rakul Preet Singh, and R Madhavan's De De Pyaar De 2 is evident as it shines on its opening weekend. Within its initial 72 hours, the film exhibited remarkable growth, clinching 13.26 crore from international markets alone, exceeding the lifetime earnings of Son Of Sardaar 2, which had grossed 9.75 crore. This achievement makes it Ajay Devgn's second highest overseas grosser of 2025 to date.

The film is now aiming to reach the overseas earnings of Sky Force and Baaghi 4, both hovering around the 15 crore gross mark. Following that, it aspires to surpass Ek Deewane Ki Deewaniyat, which accumulated 16.50 crore in international revenues.

In the domestic sphere, De De Pyaar De 2 raked in 45.34 crore gross over the first three days. When combining both domestic and international earnings, the film's worldwide gross has hit 58.60 crore. Achieving the 50-crore milestone within a mere 72 hours positions it among the strongest romantic comedies launched this year. Monday's box office performance will be vital in assessing its long-term prospects.

The next milestone for the film is to reach the global lifetime total of Son Of Sardaar 2, which stands at 65.38 crore. With just 6.78 crore remaining, De De Pyaar De 2 is on track to soon become Ajay Devgn's second highest worldwide grosser of the year. His current top performer remains Raid 2, with an impressive worldwide tally of 242.42 crore gross.

For statistics: India net totals 38.43 crore, India gross at 45.34 crore, international gross at 13.26 crore, equating to a worldwide gross of 58.60 crore.
