Abu Dhabi Unveils Core X Fitness League with Seven Stages

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

In a collaborative effort with Palms Sports, the Abu Dhabi Sports Council (ADSC) has unveiled the Core X Fitness League, a pioneering series of fitness competitions aimed at fostering healthier lifestyles.

This league comprises seven distinctive stages, each set in various locales across Abu Dhabi, including beaches, natural landscapes, and famous landmarks, ensuring participants face unique challenges.

The initiative strives to merge fitness with friendly competition and engaging activities while motivating community members towards more active habits. It forms part of ADSC's broader initiative to champion sports as an integral part of everyday life and enhance overall well-being.

His Excellency Talal Al Hashemi, Executive Director of the Events Sector at ADSC, remarked that this league underscores the council’s dedication to offering innovative, high-caliber sporting events. He noted that hosting competitions in various settings will enrich participants' experiences and introduce fresh challenges along the way.

Kicking off on May 2, 2026, at Khabib Gym on Yas Island, the final showdown will occur on Fahid Island on July 25, 2026, where champions will be celebrated. Entrants must participate in all seven stages to qualify for the ultimate prize.

The competition will traverse multiple regions, including Al Ain and Al Dhafra, before circling back to Abu Dhabi for the concluding rounds in July.

With its varied venues and carefully structured stages, the Core X Fitness League is anticipated to draw considerable participation and provide a robust platform for individuals to gauge their fitness capabilities across different environments.
