Post by : Bianca Suleiman

In a significant meeting, Dubai Chambers convened with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Jiangsu Sub-Council (CCPIT Jiangsu) to explore avenues for bolstering trade and investment ties between Dubai and China.

Key figures in attendance included Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah and Wang Shanhua.

The discussions aimed at identifying potential opportunities for economic collaboration and business partnerships between Dubai and Jiangsu province, focusing on strategic sectors primed for trade expansion.

Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah emphasized that Dubai Chambers is dedicated to enhancing economic links with Chinese regions like Jiangsu, aligning the interests of both business sectors.

He remarked that fostering closer ties between the private sectors and increasing mutual investments can pave the way for innovative collaborations that boost bilateral trade and enhance competitiveness in both markets.

This meeting forms part of a broader initiative by Dubai Chambers to engage with numerous Chinese organizations aimed at strengthening trade relations and investment opportunities with China.

Jiangsu stands out as a key economic region in China, being the second-largest province by GDP, making it a vital partner in Dubai's expanding global trade landscape.
