A significant protest unfolded at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on Saturday, where the Cockroach Janta Party rallied support to address issues surrounding the NEET paper leak. Demonstrators voiced their demand for Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, emphasizing a pressing need for transparency within the nation’s educational framework.

Spearheaded by Abhijeet Dipke, the Cockroach Janta Party is a social media-driven initiative that has garnered momentum since its establishment. Dipke traveled from the United States to lead this crucial gathering, which was sanctioned by the Delhi Police. Comprehensive security measures were implemented to ensure the event proceeded smoothly in Jantar Mantar.

Activist and innovator Sonam Wangchuk’s presence amplified the visibility of the protest, attracting significant public interest. Throughout the day, numerous supporters filled the site, underscoring the gravity of the issues at hand.

Participants aimed to secure justice for the students gravely impacted by the NEET paper leak, demanding accountability from the governing authorities. Pamphlets were circulated, declaring that their movement sought transparency and accountability, alongside the resignation of the Education Minister. Remarkably, their online petition has already amassed over 800,000 signatures.

In anticipation of the gathering, Delhi Police deployed around 2,000 officers to ensure safety and monitor the assembly, allowing the demonstrators to express their views peacefully.

Founded on May 16, the Cockroach Janta Party has quickly evolved from a satirical digital movement into a nationwide discussion, capturing millions of followers across social media.

The protest has reignited discourse around the NEET paper leak, with organizers vowing to persist in their quest for educational reform and accountability.
