The Bahraini Speaker highlighted the solid, enduring ties that unite Bahrain and Pakistan, noting consistent advancements in cooperation across various sectors, and commended Pakistan's role in fostering peace and stability in the region.
He reiterated Bahrain's stance on regional security, condemning recent incidents involving Iran that affect Bahrain, Gulf Cooperation Council nations, and Jordan, categorizing these as breaches of international law and threats to stability.
In response, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq stressed Pakistan's dedication to furthering relations with Bahrain, particularly within parliamentary frameworks, while advocating for enhanced cooperation in shared interests.
The dialogue also encompassed critical regional and international developments, with both leaders stressing the necessity of ongoing parliamentary involvement to nurture peace, stability, and constructive engagement across the broader region.
