Ariana Chaudhry Sparks Selena Gomez Comparisons After Salon Outing

Post by : Mina Rahman

Bollywood actor Mahima Chaudhry has returned to the screen with the rom-com Nadaaniyan, which also introduced Ibrahim Ali Khan in his first film role. In the movie, Mahima appears in the part of Khushi Kapoor’s on-screen mother.

Although the plot focuses on a campus romance between star children, attention at the premiere briefly shifted to another celebrity offspring — Mahima’s daughter, Ariana Chaudhry. Her appearance on the red carpet generated significant discussion on social platforms, where users compared her look to that of US singer-actor Selena Gomez.

In a separate recent outing, Mahima and her 18-year-old daughter were photographed during a casual salon visit; paparazzi captured images before they left. Ariana wore a striped shirt, defined eye makeup and neatly styled bangs, prompting praise online. Reactions ranged from “Look like Selena Gomez” to “She is looking like a Barbie doll,” while several commenters emphasised the family resemblance: “Very pretty, just like her Mom,” and “Kitni cute hai little Mahima.”

Earlier this year in June Ariana marked her graduation and Mahima publicly expressed deep pride in her daughter’s achievement.
“Watching you graduate fills me with pride. Congratulations, my sweetheart. I started this journey alone, but I had you. I didn’t know how it would all work out, but I just knew I wanted you to have the best education. I went back to work because of you… May you go far, may all your dreams come true. I love you so much, my baby.”

Ariana Chaudhry continues to attract attention for both her celebrity background and her individual poise, emerging as a figure of interest in the public eye.
