Akshay Kumar's Security Vehicle Rolls Over in Mumbai Incident

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

On Monday evening, a road accident involving Akshay Kumar’s security vehicle took place in Mumbai while the actor was returning home with his wife, Twinkle Khanna, from the airport to their residence in Juhu.

Initial reports indicate that the incident occurred when a car struck an auto-rickshaw from behind, leading to the rickshaw flipping over and crashing into Kumar’s escort vehicle. The force of the collision caused the security car to tip over onto its side.

Police and emergency services responded promptly to the scene, managing to control the situation. Social media footage captured the escort vehicle resting on its side, with the auto-rickshaw severely damaged due to the impact.

Fortunately, there were no significant injuries reported from the accident, and both Akshay Kumar and Twinkle Khanna were confirmed safe.

The couple had just returned from a trip abroad, having recently celebrated a significant personal milestone—marking their 25th wedding anniversary. Twinkle shared a heartwarming video on Instagram featuring the couple paragliding as part of their celebrations.

Married on January 17, 2001, in Mumbai, Akshay and Twinkle are parents to two children: son Aarav, who is 23, and daughter Nitara, aged 13.
