ADNOC Logistics & Services Added to MSCI Emerging Markets Benchmark

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Abu Dhabi, 6 November 2025 – ADNOC Logistics & Services plc (ADNOC L&S) has been confirmed for inclusion in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, the primary benchmark used by institutional investors to track large- and mid-cap firms across 24 emerging markets. The inclusion is scheduled to take effect on 25 November 2025 and marks a notable advance in the company’s international capital-market standing.

The move follows ADNOC L&S’s $317 million (AED1.16 billion) secondary share offering in August, which expanded its free float to roughly 22% and led to a fourfold rise in average daily trading volumes. The offering was about seven times oversubscribed and was priced at AED5.25 per share, reflecting a tight 3.33% discount—one of the narrowest for a regional secondary sell-down.

Brokerage assessments indicate the MSCI addition could attract in excess of $200 million (AED734 million) of passive inflows, improving liquidity and broadening access for global investors. ADNOC L&S will join ADNOC Distribution, ADNOC Drilling and ADNOC Gas as part of the ADNOC Group represented in the MSCI Emerging Markets Index.

Since listing, ADNOC L&S has delivered total shareholder returns approaching 200%, underpinned by consistent revenue and EBITDA growth. All 18 analysts covering the stock retain Buy ratings, signalling sustained market confidence in the company’s strategy and performance.

This MSCI inclusion is expected to raise ADNOC L&S’s profile among international investors and support its evolution into a leading global energy maritime logistics operator.
