Additionally, guidelines for amnesty implementation in 2026 were shared, detailing criteria for eligibility and the review timeline. Preparations are also underway for the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Day of War Invalids and Martyrs, symbolizing national unity and remembrance.

The government’s approval for the establishment of a new branch of the Academy of Finance in Hung Yen province highlights the commitment to enhancing educational provisions in financial management and governance.
