Shehbaz Badesha Exits Bigg Boss 19 Just Days Before the Finale

Post by : Mina Rahman

As Bigg Boss 19 approaches its grand finale, viewers were blindsided by a surprise double eviction in the latest weekend episode. Shortly following Ashnoor Kaur’s exit, Shehbaz Badesha was announced as the next contestant to leave the show. The announcement was made by actor Riteish Deshmukh, who joined Salman Khan in the episode to promote the Marathi version of the show.

The decision for eviction came from public voting, with Shehbaz receiving the fewest votes this week. Prior to revealing the outcome, Salman and Riteish asked housemates to speculate on who might be leaving. While Farrhana Bhatt and Tanya Mittal pointed at Shehbaz, Gaurav Khanna and Amaal Mallik guessed Malti Chahar. Ultimately, Riteish declared Shehbaz’s departure, which left many contestants, especially Amaal, visibly upset.

In an effort to cheer him up, Salman remarked on how Shehbaz had carved out his own identity, distinct from being known solely as Shehnaaz Gill’s brother. Reflecting on his time in Bigg Boss, Shehbaz expressed that it was a long-held dream come true and apologized for previously claiming the show had been biased.

Entering as the first wildcard of this season, Shehbaz faced an earlier setback when he lost a public vote during the premiere episode to Mridul Tiwari.

His eviction just days ahead of the finale ignited strong online reactions, with fans sharing their sorrow. His sister, Shehnaaz Gill, took to Instagram to post a heartfelt tribute, labeling him a winner in her eyes. Viewers lauded his jovial demeanor, comic timing, and the significant bonds he forged within the house.

Ashnoor Kaur’s departure occurred just before Shehbaz’s, following an accusation from Salman that she had intentionally targeted Tanya Mittal during a task. As the last Weekend Ka Vaar of the season concludes, the show gears up for its finale on December 7. The episode will be available for streaming on JioHotstar at 9 pm and broadcast on Colors at 10:30 pm.

The remaining top six contestants are Gaurav Khanna, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Malti Chahar, Farrhana Bhatt, and Pranit More.
