The House of Representatives in the Philippines has initiated impeachment proceedings against Vice President Sara Duterte, confirming charges related to alleged unexplained wealth and threats against President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.. The ICC's indictment details alleged murders of at least 32 individuals from 2016 to 2018, a period during which dela Rosa was the national police chief.
