Kriti Sanon, a prominent Bollywood actress, has candidly addressed the issue of gender pay disparity in the Indian film industry. During a recent interview, she highlighted the financial hurdles female actors frequently encounter, which their male counterparts often escape. However, she acknowledged facing disappointment in securing roles, having often lost out to star kids or more connected actors. These experiences were emotionally taxing, as she felt capable of delivering more significant performances.
