At the trailer launch of her new film Uttar, Kajol shared her insights on the significance of disagreements in parenting. She emphasized that such discussions not only help children form their viewpoints but also fortify the connection between parents and their offspring.
“Thank goodness my daughter isn't present to respond. She would definitely argue with me about this. It’s absolutely true—debates are essential,” Kajol stated. She elaborated, “When we have conflicts, it shows we've raised kids capable of independent thought. Their arguments are like a badge of honor to me.”
Her mother, esteemed actress Tanuja, reflected on their earlier familial debates, noting that Kajol often contested her views as a child. This led to a humorous exchange, with Kajol insisting she never engaged in arguments, prompting Tanuja to playfully dispute that claim.
Kajol has been happily married to Ajay Devgn for 26 years, with their family including two children, Nysa and Yug Devgn.
On the work front, Kajol was recently featured in the supernatural film Maa and Do Patti, alongside Kriti Sanon. Upcoming projects include Maharagni: Queen of Queens, and she also hosts the talk show Too Much with Twinkle Khanna.
