Kai Trump, an 18-year-old high school senior and granddaughter of former U.S. President Donald Trump, participated in an LPGA Tour event at the Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida. This opportunity allowed her to compete not only based on her golf ability but also due to her renowned family background. For Kai, the tournament served as an invaluable experience far exceeding typical high school competition.

During the opening round on Thursday, Kai expressed feeling “definitely really nervous.” Competing against elite professional golfers heightened the pressure, impacting her performance. The tension was palpable, making it challenging for her to find her rhythm.

However, when Friday arrived, Kai approached the course with a refreshed outlook. She conveyed feeling “very calm and peaceful,” showcasing a significant transformation from the previous day.
