New Aviation Industrial Complex Unveiled at MBRAH

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

The Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub (MBRAH), located within Dubai South, has unveiled its latest development, the Light Industrial and Maintenance Complex, aimed at fulfilling the increasing demands of the aviation and aerospace sectors.

Spanning 24,900 square meters, this innovative complex will feature 33 specialized units tailored for aviation activities. It will offer contemporary and adaptable spaces for enterprises engaged in aviation services, maintenance, engineering, and logistical operations.

Per MBRAH's statements, these units can be modified or combined to suit operational necessities, allowing businesses to effectively scale their operations within the comprehensive aviation ecosystem of Dubai South. The project is anticipated to reach completion by the third quarter of 2027.

Tahnoon Saif, the CEO of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Aerospace Hub, emphasized that this launch underscores MBRAH's commitment to enhancing the aviation and aerospace supply chain. He highlighted the hub's dedication to constructing infrastructure that aligns with current market needs and prepares for future growth in the sector.

Additionally, Saif remarked that this project plays a crucial role in fortifying Dubai's long-term vision to establish itself as a global aviation hub, providing top-notch infrastructure and facilities that favor international aerospace firms.

MBRAH functions as a free-zone hub for prominent airlines, private jet operators, maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) companies, and a variety of aviation-related businesses on a global scale. The hub is also equipped with maintenance centers, training facilities, and educational campuses aimed at fostering the growth of the aerospace and engineering industries in Dubai.
