In a remarkable act of conservation, a rare albino buffalo affectionately named “Donald Trump” has been saved from impending sacrifice in Bangladesh. Authorities intervened mere hours before the animal was set to be offered during Eid, a move applauded by animal welfare advocates. Weighing approximately 700 kilograms, the buffalo became an internet sensation as images and videos circulated widely, drawing visitors from afar and creating a buzz in the lead-up to the Eid festivities.

Acting on recommendations from wildlife conservation experts, the government swiftly moved to protect the buffalo, issuing a directive halting its sacrifice. Local law enforcement took charge to ensure its safe transfer to government care.
