DXB LIVE, the event agency of Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), has reached a big milestone by winning three important awards at the Middle East Event Awards 2025. The awards ceremony was held in Jumeirah, Dubai, and many event experts and leaders from the region and around the world attended.

The company was given awards in three major areas:

  • Best Community Event Award for Hatta Cultural Nights, a popular and meaningful event that celebrates culture and art in Hatta.

  • Best Stand Design and Build (under 100 sqm) for the Fujifilm stand at Medlab, which was praised for its creative and smart design.

  • Best Event on a Budget Award for the Dubai Coffee Festival 2024, which brought in over 20,000 visitors in just one week.

These awards show that DXB LIVE is great at offering all-in-one services while focusing on creativity, customer satisfaction, and innovation.

From the beginning, DXB LIVE has been working hard to care for the environment. They use eco-friendly materials, recycle wherever possible, and always try to save energy and resources. Their goal is to protect nature while putting on amazing events.

Khalid Al Hammadi, the Executive Vice President of DWTC and DXB LIVE, said:
“We are very proud to receive these awards. They show how hard our team works. In today’s world, caring for the environment is a must, and we make it part of everything we do. We are happy to support Dubai’s dream of a greener, smarter future for events.”

He also shared that DXB LIVE is investing in new technology, better infrastructure, and skilled people. The company wants to grow not only in the UAE but in other countries too. They want to help the events industry grow while still protecting the planet.

At the Middle East Event Show, the DXB LIVE stand itself became a center of attention. It had a beautiful design using natural flowers and eco-materials. The design wasn’t just nice to look at—it gave visitors a full experience that touched their senses and emotions. Judges and visitors loved the unique and interactive layout, which stood out from regular corporate booths.

This creative design also supports big plans like the Dubai Net Zero Carbon Emission Strategy 2050, the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, and the UAE Net Zero 2050 goals. DXB LIVE is doing its part to turn these national plans into real action by creating green, responsible events.

Winning at the Middle East Event Awards shows how much DXB LIVE has grown. The company is now known as one of the best event companies in the region. They offer everything from planning and creative design to technical setup and final execution.

These recent awards prove that DXB LIVE is leading the way in using smart ideas, being flexible, working with the right partners, and helping build a better future for events, not just in Dubai, but around the world.
