Strategic Partnership Between Dubai Women Establishment and J.P. Morgan to Empower Women

Post by : Bianca Suleiman

A new strategic alliance has been formed between Dubai Women Establishment (DWE) and J.P. Morgan, focused on increasing women’s involvement in the UAE workforce through specialized development and empowerment initiatives.

This agreement was formalized in Dubai, where DWE CEO Naeema Ahli and Khaled Hobballah, Senior Country Officer for the Middle East and North Africa at J.P. Morgan, established a framework for an enduring cooperation between the two entities. The partnership aims to enhance economic opportunities for women and create career pathways underpinned by practical training and exposure to professional environments.

Through the MoU, both parties will collaborate to develop and execute initiatives across critical focus areas such as economic empowerment, leadership training, career advancement, and mentorship. Programs will include workshops, industry-specific seminars, and networking events designed to connect women from various sectors to share insights and build valuable relationships.

J.P. Morgan will lend its global expertise to design training modules and will assist in the creation of workshops and co-hosted events. The bank will also offer mentorship channels for participants engaged in the developmental programs initiated through this partnership.

This initiative resonates with DWE’s commitment to amplifying women’s contributions to the national economy via strategic partnerships that provide tangible value. The collaboration is forecasted to unveil new pathways for capacity-building, equipping Emirati women with access to global best practices and hands-on training relevant to the contemporary job market.

With both organizations dedicated to expanding opportunities for women, this partnership represents a vital step in fortifying the UAE’s talent ecosystem and fostering sustained economic advancement.
