Post by : Bianca Suleiman

Dubai Taxi Company PJSC (DTC), a premier mobility service provider in the UAE, has confirmed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with AJ Industries LLC (AJI). This collaboration is aimed at bolstering mobility solutions throughout Ajman.

This agreement represents a notable advancement in DTC's strategy for growth, as it seeks to extend its services beyond Dubai and contribute to the development of innovative transportation options across the UAE.

The partnership will focus on combining DTC’s operational excellence and digital capabilities with AJI's local market expertise, leading to improved mobility services in Ajman.

Together, the companies plan to create a flexible mobility framework that caters to both mainstream and luxury transportation needs, potentially paving the way for further expansions into other emirates.

Mansoor Rahma Alfalasi, CEO of Dubai Taxi Company, emphasized that DTC's school transportation initiatives in Ajman already establish their presence in the emirate. He stated that this agreement is pivotal for the company’s aspirations throughout the UAE.

Alfalasi noted that the increased collaboration will leverage DTC's digital frameworks and innovative solutions, fostering a cohesive mobility ecosystem that benefits the entire community.

The partnership will also investigate the integration of modern e-hailing services, including platforms like Bolt, into Ajman's taxi framework to enhance service accessibility and streamline user experiences.

Plans are in place to optimize fleet dynamics and enhance booking systems to provide a more convenient travel experience.

DTC and AJ Industries aim to look into workforce solutions that can satisfy the rising demand for mobility services, ensuring a steady pool of qualified drivers while maintaining service excellence.

The MoU also aims to improve the limousine services segment by upgrading fleet management, refining service quality, and utilizing innovative technology to enrich the customer experience.

Furthermore, the partnership will delve into broader business prospects in corporate transportation, tourism logistics, and premium on-demand travel services, which align with Ajman's burgeoning tourism and economic sectors.

Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, CEO of AJ Industries, highlighted that the future of transportation hinges on collaborative efforts that unite technological advancements with regional insights. He affirmed that DTC’s partnership is crucial for delivering tailored, sustainable solutions that meet Ajman's demands.

This collaboration showcases the increasing importance of public-private alliances in shaping the UAE's transportation framework and aligns with national goals of fostering smarter, more sustainable mobility networks. Through their joint efforts, DTC and AJ Industries aspire to elevate mobility services while driving economic development and connectivity within Ajman.
