Alef, the top real estate company in Sharjah, has started building the third part of its famous project called Al Mamsha. This new part is named Al Mamsha Raseel and is located in Muwaileh, Sharjah. The whole project is worth AED 1.1 billion, and it is expected to be finished by December 2028.

The ground-breaking event was attended by important people from Alef, the building company CC7, and the teams designing and planning the project. This showed Alef’s strong promise to keep high quality in every step of the work.

Al Mamsha Raseel will have 2,210 modern homes, including apartments with one, two, or three bedrooms. Every apartment will have its own private balcony. The area will also have green parks, water fountains, and fun water features. These are all made to create a great place to live, focusing on comfort and quality of life, which matches Sharjah’s plan for a better city.

Alef said that Al Mamsha Raseel is an important step to change how people live in Sharjah. The project aims to build a city area that cares about people’s health and happiness. It also focuses on being good for the environment and using smart city ideas.

Al Mamsha is Sharjah’s first community where people can walk safely everywhere. It is designed to be safe for walking and follows strong rules about caring for the environment and city planning. Adding Al Mamsha Raseel shows Alef’s promise to create excellent homes that fit what residents and investors want.
