Recently, the Dubai Press Club conducted a workshop named “Artificial Intelligence… Simplified”, part of their ongoing series aimed at bridging the gap between media and technology. This session emphasized the increasing significance of artificial intelligence in the realms of media and content generation.

Emirati content creator Ebrahim Bolehyool took center stage, sharing his insights into employing AI tools for crafting engaging visual content and raising awareness. The event attracted a diverse group of media professionals eager to enhance their craft.

Maryam Al Mulla, the Director at Dubai Press Club, articulated the swift advancements in artificial intelligence, marking it as a pivotal global interest. She highlighted that the workshop's objective was to demystify AI for media professionals, showcasing how it can elevate the quality of their work.

She further emphasized that the Dubai Press Club is dedicated to embracing new technologies while fostering collaboration between media and tech specialists.

Throughout the workshop, Bolehyool delved into the workings of generative AI, explaining its reliance on data, algorithms, and neural networks. He illustrated how these technologies can swiftly process information, recognize patterns, and generate text, visuals, and videos.

The discussion also covered leading AI platforms like Google Gemini, ChatGPT from OpenAI, Claude by Anthropic, and ElevenLabs, illustrating their utility in transforming creative concepts into captivating content across various formats.
