His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Harthy, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, led the Omani delegation, while the French delegation was directed by His Excellency Martin Prince, Secretary General of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs. This high-level engagement underscored both nations' commitment to enhancing diplomatic ties.
The discussions highlighted the substantial depth of the strategic partnership and underscored the need for enhanced collaboration across several sectors. Emphasis was placed on economic and investment opportunities, energy security, and educational exchanges, including specialized training programs aimed at fostering long-term growth.
