Abu Dhabi: The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has firmly denounced a terrorist assault on a military base situated in Borno State, northeastern Nigeria, resulting in numerous casualties among the armed forces.
In a formal statement, the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reiterated its unwavering stance against terrorism, violence, and extremism of any kind. The ministry highlighted that such heinous acts pose serious threats to both regional and global security.
The UAE has also conveyed heartfelt condolences and sympathy to the bereaved families and the people of Nigeria. The nation hopes for a swift recovery for all those affected by the attack.
