Malaika Arora Marks 50 in Goa as Family Confirms Milestone

Post by : Raina Nasser

Bollywood performer Malaika Arora marked her 50th birthday in Goa, surrounded by family and friends. The milestone was documented across social media as the actress appeared in multiple outfits and shared moments from several intimate gatherings.

In an Instagram post she uploaded images of cake-cutting, dancing and outdoor snapshots. One picture showed her in a yellow dress enjoying the Goan sun; her caption expressed gratitude to well-wishers and noted how moved she was by the support.

The celebrations also resolved recent online debate over her age. After some users questioned reports that she was 46 in 2019, her sister Amrita Arora posted photos of the three-tier cake and publicly affirmed that Malaika is indeed 50, adding a warm birthday message and praise for her sister.

The guest list included her mother Joyce Polycarp, sister Amrita Arora and her son Arhaan Khan. Photographs and video captured a range of looks, from a black-and-white polka-dot dress to a metallic gown, with a birthday montage set to Wet Wet Wet’s Love Is All Around underscoring the celebratory tone.

Industry colleagues and fans responded quickly online. Actress Bipasha Basu left a belated birthday greeting, while many followers praised Arora’s appearance and commended what they described as an ideal celebration.

Arora remains active professionally: she recently featured in the song "Poison Baby" from Thamma, which showcased her on-screen presence, and continues to serve as a judge on India’s Got Talent alongside Shaan and Navjot Singh Sidhu.

At 50, Malaika Arora continues to command public attention, and the Goa celebrations reinforced her image as a confident and visible figure in entertainment.
