H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, announced a new partnership between the UAE Government and the Government of Fujairah. This partnership will help make government services better, faster, and easier for everyone. It includes the Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme and the Global Star Rating System for Services.

The Crown Prince said, “Today, we started a new journey with the UAE Government. We want all government offices to give better services and make things simple for people. Our goal is to make life easier for everyone.”

He also shared that this move follows the vision of H.H. Sheikh Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, the Ruler of Fujairah. The Ruler wants government work to focus on people and be easy to use. This vision includes using new ideas and smart methods to help meet the hopes and needs of society.

This announcement was made during a special event that marked the beginning of the partnership. The main aim of this partnership is to help both local and federal governments work together better. It will bring excellent government service models to the local level too.

This plan follows the UAE leadership’s vision to build a smart and modern government. It also shows how serious the country is about planning for the future and making things better for everyone.

At the launch event, Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Minister of Cabinet Affairs, was also present. An agreement was signed between the UAE Ministry of Cabinet Affairs and the Government of Fujairah. It was signed by Sheikh Eng. Mohammed bin Hamad bin Saif Al Sharqi, Director-General of Fujairah Digital Government, and Mohammed bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services for the UAE.

Mr. Al Gergawi said that this partnership is a big step toward improving government work. He said it will help create a stronger, faster, and more active government that serves people better.

The Zero Government Bureaucracy Programme began in November 2023. It was created to make government work easier, faster, and more useful by cutting out extra steps and paperwork.

The Global Star Rating System for Services started in 2011. It was made to improve how government offices serve people. In 2019, it was upgraded to follow new and higher standards.

This partnership shows how the UAE is always working to improve and offer the best services for its people.
