Post by : Bianca Suleiman

The Emirates Minting Factory, in partnership with the Dubai Gold District, has introduced a limited-edition series of gold and silver commemorative coins as part of the “Proud of UAE” initiative.

This unique collection, available exclusively at the Dubai Gold District, celebrates significant moments in the UAE’s national narrative, offering investment-grade coins made from 1 oz gold and silver. Each piece is a testament to the UAE’s rich heritage and meticulous craftsmanship.

The initiative's impact is profound, with all profits from the coin sales earmarked for Ferjan Dubai, a social enterprise dedicated to enhancing community life and promoting social welfare across Dubai's neighborhoods.

Essa Al Falasi, Chairman of Emirates Minting Factory, expressed that the collection embodies gratitude, unity, and hope. He emphasized the mint's commitment to contribute meaningfully to community welfare through its collaboration with Ferjan Dubai.

Alia Al Shamlan, Managing Director of Ferjan Dubai, remarked that the initiative exemplifies the UAE's collective spirit of generosity and civic duty, underscoring the importance of collaboration between public and private sectors for community advancement.

Commenting on the initiative, Rashid Al Harmoodi, Senior Commercial Director at Ithra Dubai, described it as a heartfelt gesture that symbolizes the unity and strength of the UAE’s people while positively impacting society.

The prestigious coin collection is available for purchase online via Emirates Minting Factory and at their retail outlet within the Dubai Gold District. For additional information, visit www.emiratesminting.ae or follow @emiratesminting on Instagram.
