Under the esteemed patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, PureHealth has inaugurated the 2026 Emirati Women Chapter (EWC) in Abu Dhabi. The ceremony, held at Yas Marina, welcomed an impressive gathering of 120 participants.

This event, collaboratively organized with the General Women’s Union and the Supreme Council for Motherhood and Childhood, saw the presence of numerous influential leaders and dignitaries, underscoring the UAE’s commitment to uplifting women and amplifying their roles in national development efforts.

This year’s cohort marks a remarkable 94 percent increase in participation compared to the prior year, with approximately 75 percent of attendees representing external organizations, encompassing over 25 different entities.

The extensive nine-month program emphasizes leadership growth through mentorship, personalized coaching, and interactive learning experiences. It aims to empower Emirati women with essential skills and knowledge to make a meaningful influence in their workplaces and communities.

Officials emphasized that this initiative resonates with the vision of enhancing women's competencies and fostering their representation across various sectors. It also facilitates learning opportunities from seasoned female leaders, aiding participants in gaining confidence and developing leadership skills.

Since its initiation in 2024, the Emirati Women Chapter has evolved into a significant national platform, accommodating women at various career stages and promoting inclusivity. The program introduced a unique track for senior Emirati women in 2025, broadening opportunities for individuals with determination.

This initiative is pivotal in promoting women’s leadership and contributes significantly to sustainable social and economic progress within the UAE.
