Turkmenistan’s Balkan Region Honours Flag and Constitution

Post by : Shakul

In Turkmenistan’s Balkan velayat, vibrant celebrations are underway as the nation commemorates both Constitution Day and National Flag Day through a variety of cultural events, concerts, and patriotic displays.

These festivities coincide with the national theme of “Independent Neutral Turkmenistan: The Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses” and the upcoming 35th anniversary of the nation’s independence.

The focal point of the celebrations was Main Flag Square in Balkanabat city, which attracted students, youth activists, artists, and public organization members to enjoy an array of musical and cultural performances.

Jointly organized by the Balkan velayat council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, cultural departments, and other community organizations, the event featured heartfelt speeches praising Turkmenistan’s enhanced international standing.

Leaders commended National Leader Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for their support in advancing national development and youth initiatives. Young participants expressed their appreciation for the educational avenues and social support geared towards their generation.

The celebrations fostered a festive atmosphere with performances from singers, theater troupes, folklore groups, and dancers who illuminated Turkmen culture and traditions through their artistic expressions.

Organizers noted that conferences, exhibitions, events, and competitions dedicated to these significant days will continue throughout the region, aiming to foster peace, friendship, and strong national values among the public.
