Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Divests from Luxury Jet Amidst Ongoing Legal Issues

Post by : Mina Rahman

Sean “Diddy” Combs has chosen to sell his luxury private jet amidst a backdrop of ongoing legal challenges. The acclaimed rapper and music mogul reportedly parted ways with the aircraft shortly after his conviction on federal charges tied to prostitution in July.

The matte-black Gulfstream G550 was sold in October and was a prominent element of Combs’ glamorous lifestyle.

The private aviation firm that managed the jet's charter services has confirmed that it no longer oversees the aircraft following its ownership transfer in October.

Federal Aviation Administration records indicate that the aircraft was previously registered to LoveAir LLC, a Combs-linked entity, under the tail number N1969C. This registration has now been altered, and the jet is currently recognized under a new registration, T7-OKS, reflecting its new San Marino registration.

While the sale price remains undisclosed, typical market prices for Gulfstream G550 jets range from $15 million to $30 million. Manufactured in 2015, this aircraft boasts a stylish matte-black finish, a beige interior suitable for 14 passengers, pet-friendly amenities, and state-of-the-art entertainment.

In the lead-up to his legal troubles, Combs was frequently seen flying on this jet. For instance, in March 2024, it traveled from California to Antigua while federal agents were raiding his properties in Los Angeles and Miami. In July, Combs posted a video boarding the plane, highlighting the personalized “Combs Air” placemat and engaging with the crew, concluding with, “No place like home.”

The sale of this jet marks a significant shift in Combs’ situation as he continues to navigate his legal adversities.
