Dubai Police has been named the most trusted and strongest police force in the world. This title was given by a new study from Brand Finance, a global brand evaluation company.
In this study, Dubai Police earned a top AAA+ rating and got a very high score of 9.2 out of 10 in the Institutional Brand Value Index. This rating was better than police forces in 10 other major countries. More than 8,000 people gave feedback for the study.
The research looked at how people around the world see police forces. It focused on important values like professionalism, honesty, fairness, safety, and how well the police work with the public.
Dubai Police was praised for winning the trust of the community, following strong moral values, sharing clear information, and using modern technology to provide their services. They were also very active on TV, social media, and news platforms.
This strong performance helped improve the image of Dubai and the UAE around the world. The total brand value of Dubai Police was Dhs57.9 billion (around $15.8 billion), which is a big part of the UAE’s national brand value of Dhs4.48 trillion ($1.2 trillion).
Dubai Police scored higher than the global average in all 11 key reputation areas. Some top scores include:
Fair treatment: 57%
Integrity: 60%
Safety: 67%
Ethics: 59%
Professional service: 62%
Innovation: 54%
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, who leads Dubai Police, thanked the UAE leaders for their support. He said this award shows how much people trust the UAE’s police and that Dubai Police always works to keep people safe and happy.
He said their success is because of smart ideas and strong leadership. Some of the key programs that helped Dubai Police grow internationally are Smart Police Stations, the UAE SWAT Challenge, e-sports tournaments, and the Esaad program.
“Dubai Police is more than just police,” Al Marri said. “We help build a safe, smart, and strong society.”
David Haigh, CEO of Brand Finance, said the results show how important public opinion is in today’s world. He added that their research is helping many governments and tourism organizations understand their global image.
The study used data from Brand Finance’s City Index and Global Soft Power Index and did special research on how Dubai Police affects the UAE’s soft power goals for 2025. The final results were based on many indicators and public surveys from 10 countries.
