Sharjah Police Headquarters has reached a big milestone in 2024. They recorded a 97.8% customer happiness rate for their services related to traffic, crime, and community help. This high percentage shows that the police are working hard to improve their systems, give top-quality service, and help people feel safe and happy in their daily lives.

Colonel Dr. Sameh Khamis Al Hilyan, who leads the Strategy and Institutional Excellence Department, shared his pride in this achievement. He said that the department has been doing very well in 2024. One of the big improvements is that more people are using digital services. Compared to 2023, digital service use grew by 12.69%, reaching a total of 84.37%.

He explained that Sharjah Police have made almost all their services digital. This means people don’t need to go to a service center anymore. Instead, they can use smart online services any time of the day. These services are easy to use and help save time.

In total, over 1.3 million transactions were completed—exactly 1,339,906. That’s a big number! And people didn’t have to wait long either. The average time it took to get a service was just 59 seconds, and the waiting time was only 33 seconds. This shows how fast and efficient the police staff are.

Colonel Al Hilyan also said that this great result comes from strong teamwork and smart planning. Departments are working closely together and making use of modern technology to make services faster and better.

In the end, all these efforts are focused on making people happy, saving their time, and improving the overall quality of life in Sharjah. The police plan to keep using smart systems and new ideas to serve the public better every day.
